Pyllau Gleision

Pyllau Gleision is a two-bedroom cottage for four people in countryside outside Llanfairtalhaiarn, Conwy. One dog stays at no extra cost, provided it's kept on a lead—sheep graze the surrounding fields. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for three cars and a bike store on site.

Downstairs holds a living room with a wood burner, TV and Firestick, plus a sofa bed if needed; a kitchen with gas oven and hob opening onto the back garden; and a shower room. Upstairs are a kingsize bedroom and a second room with two singles. A garage houses a washing machine. The enclosed garden has seating, furniture and a gas barbecue. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood-burner fuel are all included. There's also a games room in a separate outhouse.

The village has a pub and shop within reach. This suits people wanting to base themselves for walks and exploration across North Wales, or simply to sit by the fire with a dog at their feet and the hills visible from the windows.
