About Glengarriff Caravan and Camping Park
Glengarriff sits on the edge of the Beara Peninsula in southwest Cork, where mountains rise steeply from sheltered valleys and the coastline cuts deep into the landscape. The campsite is positioned to make the most of this dramatic terrain, with the settlement of Glengarriff itself close by and the wider peninsula within easy reach for exploring on foot or by car.
The site has showers and takes both caravans and campers. Nearby are other accommodation options if you need them, but the appeal here is the setting: this is walking country, with the peninsula offering everything from coastal paths to mountain trails, and the fjord-like Glengarriff Harbour just down the road. The immediate area is quieter than some Irish tourist zones, which suits anyone who wants to base themselves in one place and head out into the landscape each day.

Great experience at Glengariff Caravan and Camping... 2kms outside Glengariff village center. Nice walk to the slipway where swimming is good. We were 4 family's with teenagers, we all booked a hardstand and electricity point they were very well set up. We spent 3 nights at the camp site, and enjoyed every minute. The bar and restaurant on site serves great food with good menu selection and serves a good pint of Murphys 👍. Looking forward to coming back to Glengariff again soon 😀. Thanks to all the staff for making it a wonderful long weekend. Excellent experience and the staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Fergal and Linda and families 🥳

V warm welcome from super friendly owner. Nice variety of areas to camp and good toilet block (free showers) and good onsite bar. Nearby swim spot was lovely. Only downside is not the nicest walk into town along a busy road with no pavement.

Amazing weekend at a beautiful camp site. Close to so many different activities and great facilities on site. Can’t wait to go back!!

We got to pitch our tent across the bar inside the campsite, noisy and music went beyond 11pm this is the only disadvantage. Otherwise the facilities are reasonable and quite place to stay. I don't mind staying in this place again.
