It's a pretty bog standard campsite. The facilities are old but perfectly serviceable. One mens' shower, urinal and toilet. I was there in low season, but I could see queues forming in high season. A shower is hot, no tokens and whilst I don't spend ages in the shower, the hot water stays hot. Flat pitches. Fridge and microwave for campers if needed. The coffee sold on site is a definite miss. Awful. Otherwise no problems but nothing remarkable. Quiet. I got the distinct impression, direct from the proprietor that noisy campers would be asked to leave, which I think is a positive. I've been on sites where the proprietors don't deal with noise and they are miserable places.

What a great little campsite!! Tucked away, but walking distance from Cardinham Woods. It's a very well maintained campsite on a farm with all the amenities you need (and much more). Add a very warm welcome by the hosts into that and the stay is perfect🙂. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

Entirely charming little place! Quiet but my no means deserted even in darkest winter - a credit to the thoughtful setup - the site had everything we could possibly have needed in any weather or any season. Alongside the gorgeous scenery, a particular highlight was our warm welcome from lovely Norma. What a find!

I stumbled on this campsite unexpectedly while on a long distance walk, and as I was very tired, I called in to ask if I could camp for the night. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and welcomed me even though it was quite late. The facilities are very good, would recommend!
