Honeysuckle Cottage

Honeysuckle Cottage is a single-storey property set back from the road in woodland, a short distance inland from the Cornish coast. Everything is on the ground floor: a combined living and kitchen area with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob for cooking proper meals, and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Wifi and electricity are included, along with bed linen and towels.

Outside, a private courtyard with seating and a firepit looks onto a front garden. You have parking for two cars on site. One dog stays free and gets its own welcome pack. The cottage is not suitable for children under 3 years old, and smoking is not permitted.

The location works as both a base for exploring and a place to slow down. Gunwalloe beach is about a mile away on foot through a private field, or a ten-minute drive by road will take you to several beaches and coastal villages. Cury Village Hall is nearby. In quieter months the walks along cliff tops and through fishing villages make for a peaceful break; in summer there's swimming, water sports and the usual seaside activity.
