Issys Cottage is a two-bedroom property built from the traditional stone you'd expect in this part of Cornwall, now fitted out for modern stays. The ground floor is arranged as one flowing space—living area with a wood-effect electric burner and streaming, dining zone, and a kitchen where you can actually cook, with an oven, hob and washing machine. French doors open to a back garden with seating and furniture. The first floor holds a king bed in one room and a double in the other, plus a shower room with heated towel rail. You get the essentials: wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels included; your own parking space; and a welcome pack on arrival.
Lismore sits within reach of the Museum of Cornish Life and the broader Lizard Peninsula—a landscape of dramatic cliffs and rare plants. The town has pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance, with a supermarket and boating lake downhill from the cottage. Walkers favour the route from the car park by the lake toward Penrose House and Loe Bar, eventually reaching Porthleven. The cottage does not permit smoking. There are two steps down to the garden.
