The Courtyard

The Courtyard is a converted section of a Grade II listed mansion set within extensive private grounds near Saint Ives. The building retains period character while offering the self-catering independence of a separate residence. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms serve four guests: one bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower, the other two single beds that can be zipped together with a separate bathroom. A study provides additional space, and there's a separate toilet on the ground floor. The living and dining areas share an open plan layout with a kitchen where you can cook proper meals—it has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside the usual fridge and microwave.

Outside, an enclosed garden and patio offer private outdoor space, with additional grounds to explore across the estate's landscaped gardens. Parking is available for two cars. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included in your booking. The location suits families and couples seeking a quieter base; Saint Ives town centre and its beaches are close by, while the Eden Project and Falmouth are accessible for day visits. No smoking indoors.
