Visited on a weekday to see Cynthia Erivo performing Dracula. The venue was ok, nothing bad neither nothing out of the ordinary good. It seemed clean, smaller than I thought it would be (which is good as feels more intimate), sound was was good, view was good. I talked to 5 staff, door admission security which was friendly, two staff in the hallway to help finding seats (both were very kind and friendly) and the last one was a young woman selling the programme which was a bit rude. Overall, good! Would return.

Amazing show, the seats we had were considered as 'slightly restricted' B1 & B2 but we pretty much had a full view of the stage except for the far right corner, which was on camera anyways, so I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything. The seats were comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were so friendly. One bottle of wine and a can of sprite was £36 which I don't think is too unreasonable for the location and the fact it was in a theatre. Not too hot or cold in there, the perfect temperature when you're surrounded by hundreds of people. Cynthia was amazing, the fact she remembered all of those lines with no errors or forgetfulness was truly incredible, so fast paced and amazing work from the production team, from camera crew to costume changes to set design. I'm in awe, it was amazing 👏🏻 The pricing was quite high, which was understandable for the actor, the time, effort and overall production. For £85 each, we're happy that we were able to go during the few months she's performing. I want to shout out a specific member of staff that assisted us last night, his name was Michael. Me and my friend were a little bit late due to public transport and arrived 15 minutes before the show started. We recently realised that there was no intermission, so we ran to the toilets, bought a couple of programs (for only £5 too, so good and affordable) and was running around trying to find the bar, which we had trouble locating. Michael spotted us and asked where we needed to go. We said we were sat in the Royal Circle, but really wanted a drink for during the show as it was 2 hours long. He escorted us to the bar on the top floor, allowed us to get drinks as the last customers before the show started, and let someone know over the radio that we were on our way, and personally assisted us to our seats. He was so friendly, attentive and overall helpful, it really made our night - Thank you so much to Michael and all of the staff!

Very friendly staff members. The seats are quite small and each row are uncomfortable closed to one another. Be careful if you are tall. My knees were touching the front row person's shoulder. Luckily Chythina 's performance was very good!!

Dracula ... Cynthia Erivo delivered a brilliant solo performance playing all 23 roles. The fabulous staging was imaginative and delivered all the drama of an 80s ALW show. From the opening moments my partner and I were enthralled. This was dished up to the audience in one sitting and it gave many of us goosebumps. The standing ovation was spontaneous and well deserved. I read some scathing reviews just before attending - but clearly the critics had no idea about the original story and are too focussed on juvenile / teen romps. I suspect short attention spans are to blame too - it really is their loss. As to the theatre itself - a beautiful old building, thoughtfully presented and really well run. Genuinely impressed by the legroom in the stalls too. Highly recommended for any production.
