Absolutely rude member of staff when visiting today a young girl staff member not understanding the needs of an autistic child kept pointing out what she was doing wrong. Shocking customer service from her. Slamming food down when it was served Had to complain about our food being late out twice. In regards to the reply we actually told your member of staff about having a child with SEN needs actually. In regards to food being served my auntie has to go up and ask and the response she got was 'did you even order food' very professional Clearly from other reviews this isn't the first time of this happening which says a lot. In regards to your response this review reflects my family's experience during our visit. Whether or not a child has additional needs does not change the fact that I felt the staff member's manner towards us was rude and lacked understanding. I do not consent to any CCTV footage of my family being published. If you believe the footage is relevant, then feel free to review it yourself. I have no issue with businesses enforcing their rules, but customers should still be treated with respect. My review remains an honest account of our experience. Have a fabulous day.

Very disappointed with our visit today. For a soft play aimed at families with young children, having to wait such a long time for food was really poor, especially when our session was almost over by the time it arrived. The toilet facilities were unacceptable. There wasn't even any hand wash available for basic hygiene, the baby changing area was dirty, the toilets looked scruffy, and the overflowing bin left the whole area smelling unpleasant. I completely understand that outside drinks aren't allowed, and I respect that policy. However, it was the tone and manner in which this was communicated that was disappointing. It felt abrupt and far from customer-friendly. The same member of staff then saw my daughter had briefly taken her socks off while we were sitting at the table as I was asking how much longer our food would be. Instead of politely asking, they abruptly said, "Get her socks on." When our food finally arrived, it was placed on the table with no smile, no courtesy, and no basic customer service. I've visited several times before and have always enjoyed coming, but this visit felt completely different. The atmosphere has changed considerably, and sadly the customer service has gone downhill. Based on today's experience, I won't be returning, and neither will the rest of our family Thank you for your response. My review was a truthful account of my experience during our visit. I have absolutely no reason to fabricate any part of it. Whether the toilets are checked every hour is irrelevant if, when customers use them, there is no hand wash available, the baby changing bin is overflowing, and the facilities are left in an unacceptable condition. I stand by my review because it reflects my genuine experience on the day. Reviews are intended to describe individual customer experiences, and mine was truthful. I did not state that the food took two hours to arrive. I said we waited a very long time for food considering there were very few families there. That was our genuine experience. You describe this as being your "busiest period of the day." During our entire visit there were never more than four occupied tables and, in total, no more than around six children using the soft play. In fact, I even commented at the time that it was the quietest I had ever seen it. If that is considered your busiest period, I genuinely wish you well when it is truly busy. You have also stated that our group were repeatedly spoken to about our children's behaviour and socks. This is simply not accurate. Our group consisted of one four-year-old child, one eleven-month-old baby and one five-month-old baby. One baby was asleep in a pram, the other was sitting in the designated baby area, and the four-year-old was accompanied by an adult throughout the play area. We were spoken to once regarding socks while we were still waiting at the table for our food, not repeatedly as you have claimed.Once also about my daughters juice cup again we complied and removed her cup from her. I also disagree with the suggestion that parents of children with SEND should have to inform staff in advance or that a child should wear a sunflower lanyard in a soft play setting. Families should not be expected to disclose private medical information in order to receive understanding, and a lanyard worn around the neck of an active child could itself present a safety risk. Finally, I found the tone of your public response unnecessarily defensive and aggressive. A manager's public response to genuine customer feedback speaks volumes and perhaps explains why the standard of customer service we experienced fell below expectations. Leadership sets the culture of a business, and professionalism starts at the top. I believe readers will draw their own conclusions from both my review and your response. I will not be removing my review nor will I be responding again I have clearly stated my points whether you accept them or not. Others visiting for themselves can see what they think of your establishment and form their own opinions.

Good range of soft play equipment and an area for ball sports. A good size and you can see into most areas which makes keeping half an eye on the kids easier. Food isn't a bad price, not are drinks. 1 star knocked off for not being able to take your own drinks, including water, in

We've been going to Cjs since my daughter was 2 years old and now she's 6! Today was yet another fantastic Christmas event with the most brilliant Santa! We will be back as usual through the year for many play sessions and look forward to seeing Santa again next year. Highly recommend!
