Caravan park near Penrith with 12 pitches and shower facilities, next to The Fox Inn.
About Cross Fell Caravan Park
Cross Fell Caravan Park is a small caravan site with 12 pitches in Ousby, a village between Penrith and the Pennines. The modest scale means it stays relatively quiet compared to larger parks, with enough space that pitches do not feel cramped together.
Facilities include showers. The Fox Inn is next door, making it easy to walk over for an evening meal or drink without needing to drive. The location works well for people exploring the Eden Valley or using it as a base for walks in the surrounding countryside.

Great little campsite just outside Penrith and a short hop to the lakes. WiFi on site, simple but clean toilets, showers and wash up room. Will definitely come again!

We have just returned from a lovely peaceful weekend at this small and friendly site. Facilities clean. Just the sounds of sheep and cows! Lovely pub across the road serving fab food and friendly , welcoming staff. Walked mile and half to Malmbery up a quiet road with minimal traffic. Gorgeous village with a bakery that has a cafe serving delightful food. There is also a pub there but it was closed due to new management. Lots of footpaths off this route across fields. Would definitely return. Thank you Sid and staff.
