What visitors say
Really lovely camp site, facilities were clean and easy to locate. Site was big enough to give everyone privacy. 20 min walk down to the lake front, great little walk to do after a long drive. When weather is clear there’s a nice view of old man coniston, easy to walk into the town too

Looking for camping in coniston you couldnt get better than here. The location is perfect, shower and toilets clean and well maintained. Fridge and freezer to store if needed , charging sockets to top up charge. Its so peaceful a place where you can actually relax and take it all in. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains. We planned 2 nights and ended up staying for 3 and already planning our trip back in a couple of weeks. Sam the owner is also lovley ! Credit of a place , real hidden gem !

Stunning location with lovely views. Really spacious but not easy to find a flat spot for a tent. The toilet block was quite small for such a large campsite. Had an unfortunate night with other campers being loud until 1.30am
