What visitors say
This campsite has officially set the precedence for what every other campsite should be like. The campsite itself is beautiful with serene views of the hills and the occasional hello from the cattle and sheep grazing next door. This was our first camping trip as a family with myself, my partner, our eleven month old baby and our 6 year old rescue dog and we all had the most amazing time. It was so quiet and peaceful here, you can hardly hear your neighbours even if they have pitched close by. The facilities are exceptional! The showers were always clean and the water warm with good pressure. Large showers, big enough to fit our XL collapsible baby bath with plenty of space around it. The toilets were also always clean and never smelled, I don't know what kind of magic they use for the toilets but if every campsite could build toilets like this we would all be living a dream. The washing up space is so thoughtful and the lockers with plug sockets to charge your electrics is genius. There are no extra charges for any of the facilities, which is greatly appreciated and underrated! And to top it all off, Magnus and Anna are the most gracious of hosts exuding warmth, kindness, and a genuine sense of care and consideration for each camper onsite—you feel like you're being welcomed home. The best campsite we've ever been to, thank you! We will be back!

Campsite perfection. Chilled atmosphere, amazing scenery, great facilities. We spent the weekend in the yurt and absolutely loved it. Really cute set up with its own private area overlooking the fields and rolling hills. Had a meal at the King's Head down the road which is a great friendly pub next to the river. Would recommend walking up Green Bell from the campsite. Hope to return soon!

We've just had four fantastic nights camping at this site. It's a lovely quiet site with well spaced out pitches and great facilities. There was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and very environmentally friendly. The local village, Ravenstonedale, has two great pubs, and there are some lovely walks from the site. Would definitely recommend 😁

Firstly this place deserves a 6th star. Camping as it should be, peaceful, relaxing and great facilities. Low Greenside Farm is in a beautiful location with spectacular views all around, Magnus and Anna were friendly, helpful and obviously very passionate about their business. The campsite is a beautiful blend of back to nature and practical spaces. The toilets, showers and washing facilities are clean, modern and well maintained. Each pitch has a fire pit included with wood and a cooking grill available from the site, I enjoyed a lovely sunset BBQ. Highly recommended, I will be returning.
