We stayed in a beautiful caravan called Slaters for 6 nights. The caravan was very clean, tidy, the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The people there were so friendly and helpful. The area is so peaceful and Meadow Retreat is very well maintained. It's a quiet caravan park and although it welcomes families l would personally would say it's more for adults then families with young children. There was four of us, two adults, one teenager and one small child. Although the caravan was lovely we just felt that it was slightly on the small side for a family of four. My husband and l would definitely stay there again but maybe just the two of us and we will be recommending it to our family and friends. Also it's dog friendly so our little dog made lots of new furry friends while we stayed.

This has got to be one of my favourite parks that I've worked at and stayed on. The scenery is just incredible, with amazing walks.
