Casa Rosa

Casa Rosa is a single-storey bungalow finished to a high standard, designed with families in mind. Everything is on one level: a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area sits at the heart of the home, with a separate living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed; bedroom two has two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and American-style fridge freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. An enclosed back garden with patio and seating looks out from the property, and there is parking for two cars on site.

Prestatyn's sandy beach and seafront promenade are a short walk away, making it straightforward for families to spend time by the sea, cycle along the coast or take gentle walks. The town also marks the start of Offa's Dyke Path, which offers rambling routes through the surrounding countryside. The Nova Centre nearby has indoor pools and family activities. Day trips are easy to Snowdonia, historic castles and wildlife attractions across North Wales. A pub is within a mile of the property. No smoking throughout.
