What visitors say
Absolutely love Freddy's. We had our daughter's first birthday party here, we booked the VIP package and invited 19 kids, it was honestly better than we could have imagined. The staff at Freddy's were wonderful and made the whole event completely stress free, and all of the kids had an amazing time. Our guest list of children ranged in age from 8 months - 12 years old and there were play areas suitable for all of them which was awesome. Upon entry Freddie's asked every child what they wanted to eat and then within an hour they were all sat down eating their dinner together. Not having to cater myself was a huge relief, it felt like we got to do all of the fun bits and enjoy the party rather than worrying about all of the admin! The food was great and the highlight of the party was probably watching our little girl shoveling fists full of mashed potatoes and peas into her mouth 🤣 We hired a Bluey mascot for the party too, which was brilliant but unfortunately our little one seems to be anti people in costumes at the moment so she didn't appreciate it as much as we hoped 🤣 the other kids definitely did though! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Freddy's for making our little girl's birthday party such a wonderful experience ❤️

It’s been a while since I last visited like 25 years or so! I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was like stepping back in time. It was just as I remembered, in a good way! They have a special area for young babies (0-3 years) with lots of toys and a ball pit. The other areas are perfect for older toddlers with climbing frames, slides, and ball pits too. Our two toddlers absolutely loved it! They were so excited to be there and couldn’t wait to try everything they could see. You can order food and drinks to your table, which is really convenient and reasonably priced. Speaking of prices, it’s £5.50 per child (weekends) and 50p per adult, which is fantastic for a soft play nowadays. You just turn up and pay as well. Just be sure to check their Facebook page to make sure they’re not booked for the day with a private party. I’ll definitely be coming back here again, and I might even consider hiring it for a birthday party in the future!

Both the under four and four + areas had a very musty smell that was much worse In the lowest section of the play area this made an uneasy atmosphere alongside the sticky tables muddy floors missing pieces of furniture one sofa had been covered with a blanket which had a very disturbing smell when simply walking past it o, the right side of the room. The toilets were extremely unhygienic, the ceilings and vents were covered in dust this room also had a very musty smell. Most of our party said it made them feel sick. The baby area was being held together by duct tape as well as the ball pit and most of the rope was held together in this way. The bottom section was so horrific my four year old brother said "warning it's Stinky" when about to go down with a supervisor, when going down the yellow slide he nearly cried because of the fake skull he then seemed very uncomfortable whenever going down that slide. All the lights were out in the downstairs area furthering this uneasy feeling there was one dim light in the downstairs area. I also noticed that most of the children avoided the yellow slide the skull should be taken out of this area as having it is scary to a young child with an imagination. Whilst we did like the food some refused to get anything as they felt so uneasy about the hygiene because of the smell. There were many cracks in the ceiling. The back area of the room in the over fours was very musty and not taken care of. It was a fun play area but a four year old should not be scared of going down a slide because of a toy.

This is a genuinely disgusting play area. My 7month old baby ended up with hand, foot & mouth after visiting, which raises serious concerns about the complete lack of sanitisation & cleanliness. It was absolutely freezing inside showing zero consideration for babies wellbeing. I am genuinely shocked this place is allowed to operate, needs shutting down. Do not risk your child’s health.
