Just returned from a week stay. Caravan was spotless with everything I needed. The site was very quiet which was what I wanted, staff polite and efficient. A great place to explore Seaton, sports club just around the corner was very friendly, all in all a great place. Would I return? Absolutely.

Sweet place, quiet and peaceful, with excellent service at this bijou family-run business. Short carry from the car park, massive Tesco + Aldi nearby, clean tidy and well kept, but most of all, a delightful place to get away at low cost, and Seaton is a lovely little seaside town with everything, easy walking, shops, pubs, restaurants etc. and nice beach. We will be here again.

What can be said about a static caravan. They are either very good or very bad. In this case the accomodation was very good. There isn't anything to do on the site so you come and go as you please. Perfect. A good place to use whilst visiting Devon. The only downside is the coin operated electric meter. Very expensive. Free gas supply makes up for it though. Will use again.

We have visited Axevale many times, love it so much. It's in a lovely area, the grounds are extremely well kept, and there are lots of things to do or places to visit in the local area. The caravans are always spotlessly clean, and, because we know what to expect, we come prepared with bedding etc. Having said that, the brochure information tells you all you need to know. The kitchen could possibly have a little more equipment and some of the caravans are quite near to the road which can be a bit noisy, but we don't mind that. The prices are very reasonable so it's a great place to stay!!
