Neg points, pitches are small and close together. The toilet block is not big enough even for the small site. It’s expensive at £51 plus electric. Positive points. Staff friendly and helpful, plus the chap has got a sense of humour. Everything is kept clean. The pay as you go for electric I like, it only cost us £2 a night. The assessable toilet shower is fantastic. I have no physical difficulties but due to being autistic and suffer from anxiety I used the shower and it’s very rare I feel comfortable using the sites showers but I did here. I did say it’s expensive, but for me to be able to use the facilities it is better than paying for a site £10 cheaper. Location is fantastic even though it’s only 30 mins from home.

Loved this camp site, very easy and welcoming checkin, wardens very pleasant throughout our stay. Very easy access to the Steam train round Robin, we chose to catch the bus to Paignton, steam train to Kingsweir, foot passenger ferry to Dartmouth, had 2 hours walking around before catching the boat along the river Dart back to Totnes. From the campsite it is a easy walk into Totnes town with its numerous shops and cafes. For the more adventurous the Castle is up a steep hill but very much worth a visit.

First experience on a CC site. Felt very grown up! Great welcome from staff who keep the site beautifully clean and manicured. Stumbled a little over the electricity app at first, but it works well. Perfect location for Totnes people watching and strolling along the river Dart.

Great location as there are lovely walks, cycle trails etc nearby and a lovely café directly opposite the site which sells pizzas in the evening. The town is an easy five minutes walk from site. Enjoyed watching the rowing club practicing on the water and seeing all the boats. Lovely clean and spacious site and I liked the metered electric system.
