What visitors say
We have just got back from a fantastic weekend break, we stayed in the cottages with a hot tub, the cottage was sparkling a the hot tub also. Leah the owner showed us round which was lovely and the lovely Zoe made our stay special she went above and beyond to help us. We’ve stayed in many places but beech tree park is the best yet. So friendly and the little bar was stunning shame the kitchen was under maintenance but there was a little shop to buy snacks and a few pubs near by. For us it was a last minute booking but from start to finish the staff were amazing. Even Leahs mum Silvia was great! Thank you again for the relaxing stay! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACk! Xx

Wow! This place deserves more than 5 stars. From the start of our trip, letting Dawn know our ETA would be a lot later than the standard check in time- Dawn made us feel absolutely no problem whatsoever and fully understood. Col was there to greet us ( at 10:15 at night!) he showed us around our cottage, was there to answer any questions. Since arriving we instantly fell in love with the cottage and its surroundings. The area is so peaceful and love that its adult only- the site has a shop and a bar on site, the bar is lovely and cosy vibes ( can’t wait to rebook for when it’s warmer) Dawn and Col are Infact two of the friendliest, down to earth people that I have ever met in my 25 years of living. Nothing is a problem for these guys( who may I add are working right from the crack of morning until late at night) they truly go above and beyond for ALL their guests! The only negative I can say is that we just didn’t want to come home!!- but even then, Dawn and Col allowed us to extend our checkout time due to guests not arriving until the next day. We are a young couple, who go abroad 4/5 times a year, the experience and welcome we received at Beech Tree Park has exceeded absolutely anywhere else we have travelled in the world. I feel grateful to have this site just two hours up the road!! We will be back for sure.

We stayed for a couple of nights over the weekend in the Saddlery—an old stable beautifully converted into a cosy holiday home. Colin and Dawn couldn’t have done more for us, while still respecting our space throughout the trip. The site was fully booked even in late November, which says a lot. The hot tub was incredible. The only improvement would be adding another fence, as we could see the touring caravans directly in front of us—so they could likely see us too. All in all, we would 100% go back!

We stayed in the Tack room - one of the cottages & i can honestly say it was fantastic. A short 2 day break that was very much needed. Hot tub was beautiful, cottage was fantastic and staff are incredible. Dawn who runs the park is so hard working & obviously loves what she does, has time for every thing you need. Setting is incredible, really doesn't feel like you are located near Doncaster. Beautiful scenery. There is a bar onside that is getting updated and whilst already a great little place to have an evening drink etc, you can see that over time will become something quite special. We loved our little break & would definitely return, thanks to Dawn & all the staff for making us feel welcome!! ♥️
