What visitors say
Very nice and entertaining way of explaining the history of the Loch and the myth of its monster. You are being walked through different rooms of the old hotel by a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Ours was Tom who did his job superbly and with verve. Each room was nicely set up with artifacts and a short, well-made film was shown. I had little expectations going in, but I’m glad we did. Recommended!

What a superb day spent on a cruise aboard Deep Scan boat. The weather could not have been better. The cruise took us on The Loch ness famed for the Lochness monster. The water was almost flat calm. It lasted an hour and a wonderful opportunity to take your photos. Our skipper today was Diane who has a wealth of knowledge about the Loch ness and it's surrounding features with a tale or two to tell. The meetin point for the Loch Ness boating experience is outside the visitors centre where you are welcomed by your driver who today was Mike. He will then check your names before getting on the minibus. Here you are transported to the jetty where you will go aboard the boat and start your tour of Loch Ness. I've got to say the staff were very professional in there job. Dogs are welcome too. I'm not sure if there was a toilet aboard so I would suggest you use the toilets at the visitor centre before your cruise. The visitor centre tells you the history of the Lochness and it's story of the lo hness monster. The centre is disabled friendly. Staff on hand as are the tour guides. There is a cafe on site that serve delicious food and drink. There is also a bar. The Nessie gift shop is to the rear of the cafe. You are aload 3hrs parking for free. Enjoy. Ps book on line is best as it gets busy throughout the summer months.

The Loch Ness Experience is a great way to learn about the history of “spottings” and make your own decision. Is there Nessie, is it nonsense or are there possibilities?! Our guide Amy was fantastic. A self proclaimed Loch Ness enthusiast, she made it so interesting and she is so knowledgeable

Do not miss this attraction! We almost didn’t do this but are very happy we did. Our guide Tom was the best. He had personal stories of the loch and sightings. It made it very interesting. The little area this was in was cute and had a great gin distillery! At the end, you get a ribbon to decide whether she is real, possible or not at all!!!
