What visitors say
One night stay at this canny campsite in a green pod. The pod was great - small table, two chairs, double bed and storage unit all in a tiny pod! Good, hot shower after a day of walking was also much needed and enjoyed. Relaxing atmosphere and generally a decent place to stay from my experience.

Good location for an easy and comfy first night on the west highland way. Staff are pleasant and easygoing. The showers and loos are good, being fairly new portacabins. There is a converted barn to shelter in, with picnic tables, which is a little rudimentary, but some other campsites have no such facility at all, so that's a win. If you arrive in Glasgow and start the whw on the day of arrival, this makes an easy and convenient first stop being right on the route. They also sell gas canister (approx 240gram canisters), so if doing the whw again, I'd probably drop in here even if just to buy gas.

Stayed here doing the West highland way, staff were lovely and helpful. Tent pitches are great and the sheltered area is perfect for cooking with access to some plugs and a kettle. And nice showers!

Absolutely loved it here, so peaceful. We got a pod for the night - there is nothing except your bed, a light and a usb port. It was so quiet, there were chickens wandering and horses playing, it was perfect.
