Took my young son for his first night camping and couldn't have wished for a more perfect place for him. Sense of peace and nature but with showers, toilets and a fridge. He loved the river walk, the glen walk and the ice-cream. Fires allowed in a pit or washing machine drum. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the seeing the Sperrin Giants. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely camping area offering glamping pods , caravan , Motorhome , camper-vanning and tent camping options with spacious gravel and grass pitches , there is water changing facilities, electric hook up , showers , toilets , kitchen etc . The site is set in the countryside just outside the village of Gortin in the beautiful mountain range the Sperrins , there are plenty of fantastic walks within a short distance of the site , it is a family run site with the lovely Helina overseeing the site daily and maintaining a very high level of maintenance and cleanliness throughout the whole site. They also sell a local made ice cream using the milk from their own dairy cows , the ice cream is super tasty and great value too . I definitely recommend this site to anyone wishing to explore the beauty of the Sperrins and surrounding areas .

A brilliant campsite, a treasure trove of adventures and exploration for young kids. It's like stepping back in time when kids can live like life before screens. Helena is such a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended for family camping.

Had a wonderful 4 nights in our campervan at this delightful small site. It was everything we hoped for and more, clean toilets and a shower which were well lit at night, laundry facilities ,a useful campers kitchen and fire pits to hire. Very friendly owner who took great pride in her site and gave us lots of information on the many scenic and enjoyable places to visit. Particularly enjoyed the glen and river walks, from the site ,which she has created. Look forward to returning.
