Skegness has excellent seafront attractions within easy reach: the promenade, pier, and beach are close by, along with the town centre's shops and restaurants. Knighton Lodge Hotel is nearby if you want to venture out for dining. Sea Breeze House itself is set up for six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a back garden and on-road parking outside.
The ground floor holds the living room with Freeview TV, and a kitchen/dining room equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There's also a shower room with cubicle shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs, bedroom two has a kingsize bed and ensuite with bath, shower attachment and heated towel rail; bedroom three has another kingsize; the third bedroom downstairs has two single beds. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and you'll find a welcome pack on arrival.
One small dog can stay free, though must remain on a lead throughout. The house does not permit smoking. There are six steps to the entrance and five within the garden, so access is something to factor in when planning your visit.
