The Fairways is a four-bedroom cabin near Lincoln, set up to accommodate eight people across a single storey. Everything you need for self-catering is provided: the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and washing machine for longer stays. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. There are two shower rooms with walk-in showers, plus an en-suite off the master bedroom, which has a kingsize bed and smart TV. The other three bedrooms contain twin beds, and there's a living room with a freeview smart TV for downtime.

The private grounds include parking for three cars and a hot tub large enough for everyone. Since the whole property is accessible at ground level with only three steps to the entrance, it works well for those with mobility concerns, though there are two further steps within the grounds. The cabin does not permit smoking. Tribeca Luxury Village is nearby, and the surrounding Lincolnshire Wolds offer countryside for walking and exploring villages, though the real draw here is having all eight of you under one roof with comfortable facilities to retreat to.

great spot for being directly over the run way path for the typhoons and BBMF, our van for the week Fairways 32, we had an alright stay cant help but feel they should invest in slightly better mattresses as weve both come away with bad backs and necks! the hot weather is brutal in the vans even with the doors open theres just no flow was a hot mess lol thunder flies took over at one point those things are horrendous theres no escape this is the second time weve stayed at the fairways location so not all bad, we came in the week this time specifically for the jets flying over, little did we know it was night flying training still brillaint to see our RAF up close

Staff in bar don’t seem like they wanna be there. Had more interaction with the security. Food gave us a bad belly and internet is shocking! If u want Wi-Fi it’s £7 for 1gb lol. However the caravan was nice and the lady even got us a router so we could watch tv. The guy doing nurf gun is awesome! Kids had a blast!!

Stayed in a superior caravan, nothing superior about it. Seating area very uncomfortable, seats reminded me of the vans we used to stay in 20 years ago... like sitting on a park bench. Tv channels very limited and settings were set as. Only good thing it was anti glare screen and a decent size. Carpets were stained, blinds were dirty, curtains were stained. Cobwebs in living area and bathroom. Shower needed attention, 2 heat settings, very hot and very very hot. Shower head had a split so water sprayed up the ceiling. Not enough bedroom storage for an 8 berth. No socket by the bed in double room. Curtains kept coming off the rail if the window was open. Overall if you want a relaxing break or peace, this isn't the place. Way too busy, and parking on arrival before check in is horrendous.
