Lovely camping site. Flat grounds with shower and toilet facilities. Will definitely return

Lovely flat field, plus showers and toilets. Metered electric all good. Host very friendly. It's a working farm, so don't expect it to be totally quiet also close to road noise, though not an over busy road. Only the chemical waste left something to be desired as you had to go up to plastic steps and empty in to a large plastic container. The smell was not pleasant and the risk of splash back or missing all together were increased. For us with reduced mobility it was a two person job! However toilets are provided so you don't need to use this system. This is our second visit here in a number of years. Would we return, probably not, as we have done quite a thorough exploration of the area.

Great site, plenty of room, portacabin toilets and showers perfectly clean and adequate. No pubs in walking distance but a small Tesco in the nearest village (Strensall) that sells Leffe 👌 The Ship Inn does nice food at Strensall too.

We like this site quite chilled .Cathy was lovely lady nothing any trouble don't forget it is a working farm the main road is quite busy in day not at evening time central for york park and ride 20mins in to york .not much parking for moterhomes in york .Good value for money at site toilets. shower 50p for 4 mins very clean.You have to pay for your electric separate
