Static lodges and pods on the East Riding coast, small enough to feel quiet but with direct beach access.

About Holderness Boutique Holiday Park

Holderness Boutique Holiday Park is a modest site of static lodges and pods in Southfield Lane, a short distance inland from the Humber estuary shore. The scale keeps things low-key—this is not a sprawling complex but a compact holiday base where you are unlikely to feel crowded. Pets are welcome, and the park caters to couples seeking a break as much as to families.

Pitches come as lodges or self-contained pods rather than touring pitches. The site has showers, natural gas, and designated parking. Being small enough to retain a quieter atmosphere yet positioned for coastal breaks, it suits those after a low-intensity seaside stay without the buzz of a major resort. A short walk brings you to Sand Le Mere Holiday Village, and the beach itself is close enough for a morning stroll.

What visitors say

Amanda

Lovely countryside location very peaceful and relaxed but near to the seaside. You can walk to Tunstall hamlet/ beach or a short drive to Withernsea then a bit further away is Hornsea. Lots of lovely villages around. Roos village has a great butchers/bakers. The park is very well kept and Will is quick to respond and is very pleasant and helpful. The lodge is light and spacious but homely with everything you need. A couple of things would improve the experience for me, a better mattress or a topper and either blinds/nets at the main windows for privacy during the day.

We stayed at Amey Johnson lodge in THE BRAMBLES owned by Will. The lodge was spotless facing south with a large decking area, peaceful and lots of s Withinsea 4 miles away it's the only town I know with a lighthouse in the centre, now a museum worth a visit also castle cafe in the centre well worth a visit and prices to match on any meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week holiday a big thank you to Will and his father. OUTSTANDING....

We have Just returned from a 4 night break in The Amy Johnson Lodge. There is no check in to pick up your keys, just drive to your lodge where the keys are waiting for you. We found it easy to find. The Lodge was beautiful just as the pictures show. Spotlessly clean. It was in a lovely location with good parking. Most of the caravans are owner occupied but everyone we met were friendly and welcoming. We weren't there to use the fishing lake but went to have a look. It was a long walk from this lodge and no good for anyone with mobility problems. We loved how quiet and peaceful the site was, within easy reach of Tunstall and Withernsea beaches. We will definitely return.

Ideal quiet break during Christmas. Recommend the Heaton Lodge. Even took the trouble to place a lighted Christmas tree in the lounge. Never saw another person over our break - just what was needed. Warm, comfortable, and very clean. Will book again - which is the best recommendation. Quiet area, but Tesco is 10 mins by car.
