About Lynby Caravan Park

Lynby Caravan Park sits on Leconfield Road in Cherry Burton, a village a few minutes' drive from Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire's market town hub. The pitches come with individual water and electric hookups, and the site has showers and toilets. There is an on-site bar that serves food and hosts weekend entertainment.

Beverley itself is worth the short drive: it has a large Saturday market, independent shops and pubs, and Beverley Minster, a Gothic church that dominates the town centre. The Westwood, Beverley's open grassland on the town's edge, is good for walking. Staff at the park are reported to be friendly and helpful, and the setting is peaceful. One caveat: some guests have reported that bookings have been double-booked, so it is worth confirming your reservation directly with the site.

People say this campsite offers excellent facilities, including spotless and modern showers and toilets, as well as well-maintained pitches with individual water and electric hookups. Guests also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, the on-site bar with weekend entertainment and food, and the overall peaceful atmosphere.

Some reviews mention bookings can be double-booked.

We went there as a last option with our newly bought motorhome. The place is astounding. Lovely set up and recent additions to make this place beautiful. Family run I believe and they look after you. Everything needed for a stay in caravan or motorhome or the use of their own lodges and teepees. Lovely little bar area with weekend entertainment. Just lacks a children’s outdoor play area, but was told it has been talked about. Loved it that much, we’re back again next weekend.

Absolutely stunning property. It is light, spacious, clean and tidy. The bedrooms are huge with plenty of space around the beds. Beds are clean and comfortable and bathrooms are immaculate. Showers have a very good pressure to them and can get very warm. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and a dishwasher and the cute highland cow theme throughout is adorable, my daughter had great fun counting how many cows she could spot. Hosts are friendly and able to help at any time, day and night. Set in the middle of the country it is a beautiful place and I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice campsite, very good toilet and shower facilities. We had a grass pitch, wasn’t too wet but grass cutting everywhere. Would suggest these are picked up. The main road was very busy on the Friday morning, didn’t wake us up but lots of motorcyclists obviously working off some testosterone. Very handy for Beverley to visit family. Would use again.

Beautifully kept site. 10/10 for the toilet and showers. Absolutely lovely. Pitches are a very good size, with water as well as electric point. The main road can be busy, but not enough to enough to disturb sleep. James who welcomed us to the site, and who worked the bar tonight has been friendly and chatty, and absolute gem. There is entertainment on some weekends during the season. We will be back.
