The ground floor opens into distinct zones: a living room with wood burner and Smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen-diner with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and wine cooler. Bi-fold doors lead to an enclosed garden. A separate games room, utility room with microwave and slow cooker, plus a hot tub for six in the back garden, give everyone room to do their own thing. The property provides a travel cot, highchair and stairgate if needed. Private parking fits two cars.

The enclosed garden has furniture and a barbecue, and the house is set in the East Riding of Yorkshire, close to the coast. No smoking indoors.
