Craven House

Craven House is a Grade II* listed Georgian town house in Bridlington's Old Town, renovated to combine period character with modern comfort. The property sleeps eight across four bedrooms on two floors, with two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with a travel cot and highchair if required.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, with an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. The ground floor holds one bedroom with a super kingsize bed and dressing area, plus a shower room with walk-in shower. Upstairs, the living room has large Georgian windows and a smart TV; two further bedrooms offer flexible bed arrangements (one kingsize that can split into singles, one kingsize), and a family bathroom with both bath and shower. Two of the bedrooms retain original fireplaces. An enclosed garden with patio and furniture sits to the rear, accessible by three steps from the house.

Bridlington's Old Town, with its independent shops, cafes and seafront, is on the doorstep. Free parking is available in a public car park nearby, with additional on-road spaces and drop-off at the door. One dog stays free. The property is non-smoking throughout.
