Mount Crescent is fully equipped for a coastal break: everything you need is here, from Wi-Fi and heating to bed linen and towels. The single-storey layout puts the living room, kitchen, bedroom and shower room all on one floor. A woodburner anchors the open-plan living and dining space; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer for self-catering; the bedroom has a king bed with fitted wardrobes; the shower room is compact but complete. The real draw is the enclosed rear garden with a private hot tub for two, patio and sitting-out area. There is parking for two cars and an electric charging point on the drive.

Bridlington's beaches, harbour and promenade are on the doorstep—long stretches of sand, restaurants, bars and boat trips are all within reach. Inland, Sewerby Hall and Gardens offers parkland and clifftop views. The property is in a residential area and does not allow smoking. One well-behaved pet stays free.
