North Moor Farm Cottages - Dove
East Riding of Yorkshire
Photo: Google Maps
Dove is one of several holiday cottages created from former farm buildings at North Moor Farm, positioned at the end of a country lane with views across rural East Riding. The conversion has kept original beams, vaulted ceilings and exposed stone, while underfloor heating at ground level maintains warmth year-round. You get the whole property to yourself, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms: a double and two further rooms with single beds (one pair interconnects to the double). A single bathroom with bath and shower serves the space. The open-plan ground floor combines living areas with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine—plus a dining area and sitting room with TV and DVD player.
The location sits roughly five miles from Bridlington, with Flamborough Head's lighthouse and cliff-top walks accessible for the drive. Bempton Cliffs, famous for its RSPB nesting colonies, lies just over two miles away. Fishing trips and pleasure cruises operate locally, and two golf clubs are nearby. A pub and restaurant are 300 yards from the property; the nearest shop is a mile distant. Each cottage has its own garden area with seating and a barbecue. One dog is welcome. No smoking inside. Arrive after 15:00, depart before 09:00. Wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided.
