North Moor Farm Cottages - Kingfisher is a converted farm building on the Flamborough Outer Headlands, sleeping four across two bedrooms. The whole ground floor is yours: an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, a double bedroom, a twin room, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Underfloor heating keeps the space warm year-round, and original beams, vaulted ceilings and exposed stone from the building's agricultural past remain on show.

You have Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating included. The kitchen is set up for proper cooking rather than just reheating. Outside, there's a garden with furniture and a barbecue, parking for two cars, and rural views across the surrounding countryside. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property does not permit smoking.

The coast proper—Flamborough Head, its lighthouse and cliff-top walks—is within reach for exploring. Seals are commonly spotted in the water offshore, and the dramatic inlets at North Landing and South Landing draw fishing boats and pleasure craft. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs, 2½ miles away, is known for puffins, guillemots and kittiwakes during nesting season. Flamborough village has shops, pubs and restaurants 300 yards to a mile away. Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough are 5, 11 and 18 miles respectively, if you want the traditional seaside resort experience.
