Pond’s View

The hot tub at Pond's View sits three steps from the entrance, facing a pond across the grounds of Bridlington Links Park near Sewerby. This is a ground-floor lodge for four guests, with two bedrooms—one kingsize, one twin—and two bathrooms. Everything you need for a self-catering break is here: a kitchen with oven, hob, air fryer and dishwasher; a living area with Smart TV and streaming services; heating and hot water; bed linen and towels; and Wi-Fi throughout. One dog stays free and welcome on site.

The open-plan living space has French doors opening to an enclosed decking area where the hot tub overlooks the water. The master bedroom has an en suite shower; the twin room shares a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A welcome pack is provided, along with extras for your dog. The lodge sits within a park that includes a golf course, driving range and bar. Private parking for two cars is included; the ground is shared with other properties on the grounds. No smoking inside. Arrive after 3pm and depart by 10am.
