The Harbour Master’s House

The Harbour Master's House is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom property sleeping up to ten people across three floors. Everything needed for self-catering is provided: electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and washing machine. Two separate living areas offer Freeview TV and a games console, and there are heated towel rails throughout the bathrooms. On-road parking is available, and the property welcomes a cot.

The building sits in a working harbour town where fishermen land their catch in the early mornings. Ground-floor access requires three steps at the entrance. Bridlington's town centre is within walking distance, with shops, cafes, restaurants and the Spa Theatre. The leisure centre has splash pools and climbing walls; the seafront runs along wide, flat sandy beaches. From here, walks lead along the cliff tops to Sewerby, or you can take the land train for a gentler route. Sewerby Hall, a stately home open to the public, sits on the headland with gardens, grounds and a small zoo. The property does not permit smoking. Filey, Flamborough Head and Scarborough are a short drive away.
