The Hawthorns

The Hawthorns is a detached dormer bungalow set back from the road behind a sweeping driveway, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged across two floors. The ground floor holds the master bedroom with its own ensuite featuring both bath and walk-in shower, plus a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and dining area, utility room and sunroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with singles—and a shower room. The property sleeps six and is yours alone; parking for three cars is provided on the drive.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and all the basics. The sunroom opens onto a decked patio with garden furniture, and the large rear grounds contain a bar area with seating. The focal point is a six-person hot tub housed in an open-fronted summerhouse, complete with fairy lights—usable whatever the weather. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are all included. Smoking is not permitted in the property.

The location makes a practical base for exploring East Yorkshire and the coast, or simply for a quieter break away. The gated grounds offer privacy and space.
