Excellent site. Facilities all good, owners friendly and helpful. Some shade, but some pitches are out in the open. Bus route outside to Eastbourne and many stops in-between. Cuckoo cycle trail close by.

Recently got back from a 3 night stay at Horam Manor CP. 2 adults and 2 kids camping with electric hook up. We received a warm welcome on arrival. Site is beautifully situated. Quiet and picturesque. Lovely lakeside cafe 5 min walk away. Facilities extremely clean and showers hot with high pressure. The owners were very helpful and even went out of their way to lend us some equipment. We hope to be back to Horam Manor CP before the end of the season. Thanks again

Such a lovely quiet spot with spotless shower & washroom facilities. The managers were so friendly & helpful as well as the groundsman who even baked us a delicious cake! Horse riding stables a few minutes away which we booked an hours ride, then delicious cakes & drinks in the cafe. A perfect weekend break. Would highly recommend for families or just a quiet break.

We’ve just got back from a stay at Horam we was on the grass electric pitches and travelling in a group of 3 caravans which Diane/Tony managed to accommodate us so we was next to each other which was a bonus. What a wonderful park. We was unfortunately hit by really strong winds that had out awning down but it didn’t affect our stay all. The site play park is tiny but a 3 minute walk and there is a huge park with a scooter park in which was brilliant for kids. The toilet/shower block on the grass pitches was a little dated but very clean and tidy. The toilet block on the hard standing pitches was a lot nicer. They put on an Easter egg/rock hunt for the children which was brilliant. We would 100% return and had a really lovely weekend so thank you both!
