Outstanding Staff and a Fantastic Holiday! We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Osea Leisure Park and felt compelled to leave a review to recognise the amazing staff who made our holiday so enjoyable. A very special thank you to Sue and Kristal on the reception team. They were both absolutely lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we experienced a slight issue with the showers, they went above and beyond to help resolve it quickly and efficiently. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out and made a huge difference to our holiday. We would also like to thank the cleaning team for all their hard work and Andrew for doing such a fantastic job looking after the site. He was always smiling, friendly, approachable, and happy to help whenever needed. The park itself is beautifully maintained and it is clear that everyone takes great pride in their work. The excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to everyone at Osea Leisure Park for making our holiday so special. We had a fabulous time, created some wonderful memories, and cannot wait to book again. Highly recommended!

Feel quite let down by this place. We booked three different accommodations for our wedding weekend, as we were getting married at the venue across the road: Vaulty Cottage, a Mini Safari Tent, and a Glass House. On the morning of our stay, I was informed that the hot tub at the Glass House was out of order. I completely understand that these things happen and are sometimes beyond anyone’s control. However, considering we spent over £20,000 on the weekend in total, including over £17,000 at the wedding venue itself and more than £1,200 on accommodation, I expected better customer service. For losing access to the hot tub for our entire three-night stay, we were refunded just £20. Since the wedding, I’ve called three times and have been told on each occasion that a manager would call me back, but this has never happened. I’ve also sent an email which has gone unanswered. The wedding venue itself was amazing and I genuinely can’t fault it, but the accommodation side has left a sour note on what was otherwise a perfect weekend. A simple phone call or email response would have gone a long way. We would have considered returning in the future, but sadly not anymore. It’s disappointing that the only negative aspect of such a special weekend was the lack of communication and customer care.

Just got back from Osea leisure park. Very disappointed.. couldn't use the fire pit and not aloud to have a BBQ. So decided to go and eat in the restaurant on site. Restaurant was closed at 5pm so had to go out to eat. It's supposed a glamping holiday but took the fun out of it. Definitely won't be returning or recommending!

We stayed at the park over a long weekend, met some lovely people and made a new friend with a family, and Tom the warden was friendly and does a great job, is always happy to help you with whatever you need. A lovely place to stay to either rent a pod, pitch a tent or caravan. On the Sunday they do a lovely roast, we had beef with all the trimming. Our accommodation - We had a long weekend away, it was a birthday surprise treat. I changed the layout of the room, to me it seemed weird the way it was wiith the double bed next to the kitchen so i changed one of the single beds and double bed around make more room and we got to sit up in bed and watch tv in the morning and evening. The room we had sleeps 5 people, the room comes with a double bed two singles beds and a single fold out bed, a fridge and mini freezer compartment, kettle toaster and microwave, crockery and cutlery. You can ask for bedding and towels or can bring your own if you want to, it also comes with a firepit and bbq. If you also wish to cook your own food you can like we found out from others bring you own air fryer. Sadly it the moment even though there was a description on the room booking email and website that it came with heating and air conditioning, but that wasn't the case for us, so it was hot it the day and cold it night.
