This is a lovely, quiet country park right on the banks of the river crouch. Direct access to the sea wall to walk out to the marches and farm land or the other way into the town with its many pubs restaurants and coffee shops. The park has a small laundrette and sales office but no other amenities. Which we love as this retains its peacefulness.The park is also pet friendly and is open year round. We are very happy with our home here. Debbie, who works in the sales office, is very approachable and helpful she goes the extra mile when it comes to helping out during and after purchasing and is always happy to help with any querys going above and beyond to help.

Very nicely situated site, close to the River Crouch. The plots are well- positioned, with space for 1- 2 cars. Ground rent (& other costs), very reasonable and on- site amenities accessible and well maintained. Customer support provided by on- site teams first rate and additional on- site support (i.e. maintenance services etc), friendly, professional and very helpful. Other residents seem friendly & welcoming, and you feel that you're part of the 'community'. Love it here!

From my first visit to view to now, l have felt welcomed and cared about. The support has been great - there’s always a helping hand available. The park itself is peaceful and l feel very safe.
