We recently stayed at Little Harwood Campsite and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The site is beautifully maintained, with spacious pitches, stunning countryside views, and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off and relax. The facilities were spotless and clearly very well cared for, and Rachel was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into creating a campsite that feels both comfortable and connected to nature. A real hidden gem and one of the nicest campsites we've visited. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Little Harwood to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed overnight at this wonderful, tranquil retreat and had the best time! Perfect for peace and quiet, and time offline. The cabin was so cozy and filled with everything you could need. We enjoyed cooking on the fire pit and walking through the lovely woodland area below. The host Rachel was very welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in the future!

Gorgeous back to basics campsite in woodland grown by the owner's parents. I felt part of a little a community yet had plenty of space to myself. Rachel is so kind, accommodating and interested in your story. I had a tent in the woods but there is a lovely cabin for those wanting something sturdier. Perfect for access into the moors. Hoping to return one day!

I recently stayed at Little Harford with my two boys (6&4yrs old). We had such a fantastic time. Rachel met us on arrival to show us around the site and help pick a pitch out. She was very welcoming and told us all about the history of the land, including how hard her parents had worked to create the beautiful woodland. We pitched on a lovely meadow a short walk from where we parked (wheelbarrows available to help you move your gear). There we spent the evening catching grasshoppers and spotting wildlife, before having roasted marshmallows on the fire pits provided. Although we knew there were many other groups camping we were so spaced out it felt we had the site to ourselves. In terms of facilities there are many compost toilets, showers and a washing up area, all of which were very clean. I couldn’t recommend staying at Little Harford more and my boys are already asking to go back again soon.
