Large campsite near Falmouth with 51–200 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, plus electric hook-ups.
About Trewen Farm Campsite
Trewen Farm Campsite is a substantial site with enough space to spread out: it has between 51 and 200 pitches, which means it can accommodate a wide range of campers without feeling cramped. The site takes tents, caravans and motorhomes, and caravan and motorhome pitches have electric hook-ups. Car parking is available by each pitch or unit, so you do not have to walk far with your gear.
Facilities include showers, a toilet block and a washing-up area. The campsite allows dogs all year, barbecues and campfires, and welcomes motorcyclists and Duke of Edinburgh groups. A bar is nearby, and there is a dog walk on or very close to the site. The farm setting has been described as peaceful and good for wildlife, with walking routes in the area. Watersports are available nearby, and Falmouth town centre is within reach by public transport.

What visitors say
I’ve given this 5 stars based on the facilities provided. This is well off the beaten track but a walk of less than a mile to a village with a lovely looking pub, which we didn’t visit as there wasn’t time for us. The large camping field overlooks the Fal estuary with the field gently sloping towards the vista, so views are not obscured by neighbouring campers. The facilities themselves are basic and limited but of good condition and clean. Each gender block has 3 flushing toilets, 3 spacious shower rooms and 1 wash hand basin. There is also a utility area with a couple of sinks, with plastic bowls and washing machines. I think the facilities would struggle to cope if the place was full of campers without their own facilities but was great during our one night stay, which was just after the bank holiday weekend. The people managing the site are very friendly, efficient and keep the site in good, clean order. Definitely worth a visit if you prefer the quieter atmosphere with no clubhouse etc.
