Lovely little find. Spent a few nights here as a 'mini-moon', due to our honeymoon being postponed, as my wife is too pregnant to fly. The lodge was immaculately clean, very spacious, well fitted with everything you need. The hot tub integrated into the decking was great. The grounds are lovely and very well kept. Only went to the on-site restaurant once, for the 'all you can eat' bbq. As it was so quiet though, we had bbq food made to order for the 2 of us. We were brought a great assortment of food each. Best ribs and chicken thigh I have had. Lovely smoked sausages and cracking burger, all fresh butcher quality meats. We were told to let them know if we need more, but couldn't possibly with the portions we received! No shop on-site, but only a 10 min drive to St Andrews. Here you'll find everything you need....supermarkets, fab restaurants and the best toasties you will ever try (The Cheesy Toast shack). In the other direction, it's only 15 mins or so from the famous Fish Bar in Anstruther. Also, deliveroo will bring coffees or food straight to your lodge. Overall it was fantastic. The relaxing, peaceful break that we needed after 2 years of wedding planning. Look forward to returning, when our little one is here.

We stayed here in a private lodge. With hot tub.. our lodge was lovely spacious clean. Hot tub Great. Location into St Anderson close by ..our only issue was getting into key safe wasn't straight forward. Kinda my own fault as I'm missed placed my email for the code as I'd booked way in advance. A tex service on arrival would have been helpful . The staff at the restaurant were unhelpful and I felt quite stuck up with the there attitude. It was a member of public who helped us . I would go back here as location was key factor. As St Andrews is a premium location.. Nice quiet spot too .

Stayed for a long weekend and as much as we enjoyed our weekend I had a few issues which means I am unlikely to book again. Rooms weren't cleaned properly which with rubbish from previous guests left in living area and bedroom. Blind in bedroom was broken and so had no privacy during our stay. Covering of freezer door fell off as soon as we opened it. Only half the hot tub bubbles worked at a time and no outdoor lighting for it. No instructions left about any of the appliances or how to use hot tub or general rules of the site. Raised a few of these issues with premier stays and they didn't seem particularly bothered about resolving them.

Gorgeous lodges, ok restaurant. Needs more to do onsite. Swimming pool being built but seems to have stalled for now. Not much country walking round about. Handy for StAndrews golf etc..
