Broad Reaches

Lower Largo is a quiet village on the Fife coast where the beach starts at your garden gate. Broad Reaches sits on a large plot with parking for three cars, giving you space to store water sports kit or simply spread out. The whole property is yours alone, with views across the sand and water from the main rooms.

Everything is on the ground floor: a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove and large windows facing the beach, a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, three bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed, one with a double, one with two bunks), and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and wi-fi are all included; fuel for the stove is provided too. A highchair and travel cot are available if needed. One dog is welcome.

The beach outside is soft sand backed by rocks and pools to explore, and the Firth of Forth creates a dramatic horizon. St Andrews and Anstruther are within reach if you want to venture further, but there is plenty to do locally. The property does not permit smoking.
