I have been a member of campra aires for a few years, my first visit to one was last week. I contacted owner about a month prior to arrival, easy simple process. Upon arrival wasnt sure, where to go. Quickly answered phone call, owner came out and advised which pitch best for my motorhome. (A welcome gift of rhubarb and morello cherry jam) my fav fruit rhubarb.Given a map of recommended places to visit. . Points of local where to walk with (five dogs) Views amazing, lots of seals, sea birds, starlings on telegraph poles. Lots of fishing boats, one cruise liner? A portable "rig" or possibly a wind turbine. Met a few local people, bit of car noise through the day, not noticeable in evening. Hosts both amazing and very knowledgeable of area. MESSAGE for Greg think Scallywag missing his ear cuddles!! A final note, I told my partner eh only a wee bit of travel past Stonehaven. Well it was an inch on "map"

What a truly awesome van stopover - a safe space to park, water on tap and somewhere to empty a chemical toilet - all for just £5 per night! Electric supply is available on site too, although I'm not sure if that costed more. Situated just across the road from the North Sea, guests have the perfect space to absorb ocean views - sitting on one of 3 stone benches fit for the purpose - watching the sunsets reflecting across the shoreline, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The icing on the cake here really being the hosts, Cecelia and Greg could not have been more accommodating and hospitable, and - if like me - you've not had the opportunity to visit Scotland before, their own experiences in traveling this amazing countryside, can help to point you in the right direction! Within close proximity to the town of Fraserburgh, providing all the resources you may need - including a marvellous sandy beach - if you're travelling this coastline, this is one stop you really shouldn't miss. 5 Star!

This was a last minute decision to find a motorhome overnight stop before travelling on to our next destination. Greg greeted us as we pulled into the Aire & when we parked told her all about the local provisions & where to go for a walk / cycle. Greg had a great knowledge of the area. The view was great from our motorhome looking across to the sea front. We saw seals there too. Great little stop over & we would highly recommend this place a fantastic bargain at only £5 per night. Thanks Greg for the hospitality Tracey & Alan & Alfie ( dog)

Best Aire to stay in the area🙂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. My partner and I have stayed here a couple of times now and all ways enjoy our time in this beautiful place. The owners Cecelia and Greg are the best hosts ever, they are passionate about ensuring you have a great experience at their Aire. The Aire is in a perfect spot in a walled area over the road from the sea, nestled Inbetweeners Sandhaven and Fraserburgh there with panoramic views of the sea, countryside and the added bonus of dark sky's too. There is the opportunity to walk to get supplies or you can catch a bus to go into Fraserburgh itself. If you are touring Aberdeenshire or Moray A90/A98/A96 definitely call in. Thank you guys and see you soon 🙂
