The beach itself is the draw here—a sweep of sand and rock on the Atlantic coast with the Twelve Bens mountains visible across the water. 5 Stars - Absolutely amazing Stay! We had an wonderful experience at Connemara Camping and Caravan. Graham and Regina provided incredible service and were so easy to deal with.If you need help with anything Graham will go out of his way to help you, a sound guy. The facilities are brilliant—the campsite is very clean, and the showers are free, wonderfully warm, and have great water pressure. To top it all off, the site offers stunning views right over the sea. It is an amazing place, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended. James

This is our second time staying . The campsite is fantastic , every place you park your gauranteed a view. It has to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Ireland. The campers are friendly and respectful of the grounds and the staff. The facilities are great, toilets , showers are gleaming! The staff are always only too happy to help! In fact I would say the places beauty is only paralleled by Grahams kindness soundness and efficiency ! We feel like we have stumbled on a real jewel in the Emerald Isle.

If I could give this campsite 10/10, I absolutely would! Myself and three friends stayed here for the weekend after having to book at the last minute, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Greime welcomed us at reception, and he was an absolute gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we can’t thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. The campsite was very reasonably priced, and there were no issues with noise during our stay. The showers and toilets were free to use and spotlessly clean. The games room was a fantastic bonus and gave us something extra to enjoy. I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The nearby beaches and views were absolutely breathtaking and made the trip even more special. We’ll definitely be back—100% recommended!

We are touring the Wild Atlantic Way and Connemara camp site was one of our stops and what a stop it was! I'm sorry we were only staying for 2 nights! The beach that is accessible from the campsite is stunning. You are spoilt for views of the moutains so if you are wanting natural spaces, you got it in abundance here! Graham our host was lovely! Very helpful and friendly. The site has good amenities: showers, communal kitchen and recreation room. Cold drinks and ice creams can be bought at reception but local shops arent too far either. Our pitch came with an electric hook up, so you can have some electrical luxuries if ur set up for it... we weren't! There are no fire pits or BBQs allowed and when u experience the wind at night, you understand why! Lol Make sure your tent is secured down well! We stayed July 12-14. We will definitely be back.
