Adam Henson's Cotswold Farm Park

It's a largish, family oriented wildlife zoo. All sorts of animals to see especially in the outside paddocks and had reasonable amount of space. You need to hav your ticket in hand in arrival as they are checked after driving through the main gate...otherwise you hold up the queue! Food/drink/ice cream kiosks dotted around the park with a large restaurant area as well. Plenty of space for picnics everywhere. Large play area with all sorts of equipment to keep youngsters amused to bring a change to "just looking at animals". Must sees: rhinos, cloud leopards, anacondas, penguins and some animals we'd never heard of!

I gave it 4 stars for location as I live a long way from the park but I met up with my sister and her children after not seeing them for 8 years and although we didn't see everything we had a great reunion and the park is amazing. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and my particular favourite animals were the goats, I could spend a lifetime with them, they are friendly, funny and as with all goats have cheeky naughty personalities. The facilities are superb and food and drinks were not silly prices but affordable for a day out. They do have places for camping, lodges etc but that's when the prices start getting expensive. My sister, her family and myself will definitely be meeting up there again as there is something for everyone and visiting means the animals are then looked after in amazing and beautiful surroundings from the admission price. If you decide to go you won't be disappointed and I hope you have a great time like we did 🥰

We visited Cotswold Farm Park during the Highland Cow Weekend. We paid extra for the event tickets compared to the standard admission, but it didn't really feel like there was anything additional included or any extra activities that made the higher price worthwhile. The highlight of the visit was definitely seeing the Highland cows, which was the main reason we went. The animals all looked well cared for, and there was plenty of parking, which made arriving easy. The toilets were okay and clean enough. One thing that surprised us was just how many goats there were. It felt more like a goat farm than a farm with a wide variety of animals. While the goats were lovely, we were expecting to see a greater mix of different animals. The café was also quite overpriced for what was on offer. Overall, it was an okay day out and we're glad we've visited, especially to see the Highland cows, but it's not somewhere we'd be likely to return to.

Great days out with the grandchildren. Reasonably priced entrance considering the quantity of things to see and do. From petting the animals, to watching sheep shearing to the play areas the kids never seemed to get bored. A great day was also finished off with a pizza and a glass of wine in the Ox-shed. Certainly recommend this farm.
