This site is very convenient to the town and there’s a huge park to walk your dog in. I found the noise from the abbey bell ringing and the cricket pitch to be very irritating. The Saturday wasn’t too bad, but there were children playing sports on the Friday afternoon and evening which meant I could not enjoy sitting outside my caravan and couldn’t even read or watch TV inside. Also heaps of bird droppings all over our car and caravan! Big piles of it! I would avoid camping along the area nearest to the cricket ground.

The staff at reception were excellent, very kind and helpful, and gave great advice for exploring Tewkesbury. The campsite piches are of a good size, and there are a variety, from fully serviced hard standing to grass. The campsite location is amazing, literally a t minute walk into the centre of town, and Tewkesbury Abbey is a 2 to 3 minute walk away. It really is a fantastic location and the campsite is really well maintained. The facilities are spotless. I would highly recommend this campsite.

Great location in Tewkesbury. Easy walking to town and the great walks around the town. Coffee man at the gate selling coffee & cake. Well worth a purchase. Busy site and booking early is recommended. The Abbey bells do chime on the hour so beware if you are a not a good sleeper!

First time on this site. Found it clean, tidy, big pitches. They did have a problem with the lock on the disabled toilet so had to walk away distance for the lady's so not ideal. Showers and loos spotless. The staff were well trained on arrival and friendly. Wish there could of been a vending machine.
