Stone's Cottage is a single-storey detached bungalow on one level, everything accessible without stairs. You arrive into an open-plan living space with a smart TV and DVD player, dining area and kitchen equipped for self-catering, plus a double bedroom and ensuite shower room. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. There's a shared washing machine and access to an enclosed garden with seating; one car space is provided on-site.
The cottage sits in Ormesby St Margaret, a village on the edge of the Trinity Broads—a network of five enclosed waterways ideal for walking and cycling. Winterton-on-Sea lies further north with sand dunes, nature reserves and AONB status; the area is known for seal and tern colonies, drawing birdwatchers. Great Yarmouth's seafront is within reach for traditional seaside days out. A shop, pub and restaurant are 50 yards away, and the beach is about two and a half miles off. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted.

I booked this place via Airbnb and it was perfect for my trip- just round the corner from friends, but my own space for a weekend visit. Situated in a quiet village with a beautiful church down the road. The welcome folder had useful local information in and we made use of the local curry house-which was delicious! The cabin had everything I needed for my stay. It was clean, warm and quiet. I'm sure it is even more picturesque in the summer-I can thoroughly recommend this place and will definitely be booking again in the future.
