What visitors say
I had a great experience at this cinema. The screens were large and clear, the sound quality was excellent, and the seats were comfortable. The staff were friendly especially rico and cait so very helpful they made my day. The cinema was clean and well-maintained. The snack options were good, although a bit expensive. Overall, it was an enjoyable place to watch a movie, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Usually a great cinema but has gone downhill lately. Air conditioning has been broken for weeks in some screens. The policy is that if you find it too hot you can change to a different screening or get a refund up to 30 minutes into the film. However, they don’t tell you any of this in advance if you book online, meaning you travel to the cinema, pay for parking, buy your popcorn and then get told that the screen is hotter than the sun and you can get a refund on your ticket. On the most recent visit I wasn’t even given this option, just saw a sign on the door saying ‘screen is hotter than usual sorry’. Sad to see this great cinema fall into disrepair and the staff not care at all

Not bad. Popcorn really salty (in a good way!) but there’s sometimes a weird bitter oil flavour. The luxe seats are bigger and have more room so you don’t have to leave your seat. Hotdog surprisingly good but cinema and seats kinda dirty. Screen also small but ticket price not bad.

ODEON Guildford is a good cinema and we had an enjoyable visit overall. The cinema was clean and well presented, the seats were comfortable, and the screen and sound quality were good. It is a convenient place to watch a film and the overall experience was positive. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that, like most cinemas now, the cost of tickets, food and drinks can feel quite expensive. Apart from that, it was a good visit and I would happily go back.
