What visitors say
Booked restaurant on site The Rock, Y Graig as Chefs Dougherty & Allen visiting. Delicious starter of scallops and had the turkey Sunday lunch. Enjoyed cocktails and wine and caught a couple of songs sang by James Argent who was entertaining the restaurant. The young waiter and waitress were very polite and attentive. As we were sat right next to the bar we could see the manager prepping the desserts of meringue, ice cream and raspberries? Rather than coming from the kitchen team? The Manager was multi tasking loudly telling the staff what to do and busying around the restaurant herself tidying up which was distracting while trying to have a nice relaxed meal. We decided to take our drinks outside so I asked the lovely waiter could I settle bill now or come back in when we've finished, he said we could settle later. As soon as we sat outside, the bill immediately came out asking us to pay. As the manager was now outside clearing tables, I told her what had happened and was met with a very curt and stern reply "at least we know where you are" I paid immediately and unfortunately as locals were not made welcome ; also the comfortable chairs are for onsite members only so we sat on the picnic tables. When our taxi picked us up. The polite young waiter saw us and said with a smile "thank you for coming" This is how you treat customers

Stayed in Lookout Lodge. It was absolutely stunning. A quiet and peaceful park to escape to with fantastic amenities including an amazing gym. Lovely deck with fabulous views Love the seaside decorations in the lodge. A beautiful touch. We were warmly welcomed by Ceris who explained what there was to do. A lovely stay even though the weather wasnt always on our side! We will be back!

Tranquil little park. Very quiet with a lovely vibe. Beautiful coastal views from every aspect, with mountain and sea views around every corner. An incredibly well stocked gym for such a small place. Pwllheli Town itself is quaint with some nice walks, plenty of services and friendly people. Weather can be windy on this slightly exposed little peninsula but the accommodation is cosy and well looked after. Perfect for a week/end away from it all and the chance to explore NW Wales.

Hidden Gem, worth finding for the views and relaxed atmosphere. Caroline and the team will really make you feel welcome. The catering is fantastic. What more could you ask for, great food, great company and views you will struggle to beat.
