Small RV park near Pwllheli with shower facilities and a handful of pitches in a quiet village setting.
About Tyn Y Coed Touring Park
Tyn Y Coed Touring Park is a compact RV site in Morfa Nefyn, a village on the Llŷn Peninsula. With a modest number of pitches, it operates on an intimate scale rather than as a sprawling holiday park, which means it tends to feel quieter and more low-key than busier alternatives nearby.
The site has shower facilities on hand. The village itself is small and undemanding – a few minutes' walk takes you to local amenities including a community centre. This is genuinely rural Wales; the appeal here is stillness and space rather than attractions or nightlife. It suits anyone after a straightforward, unpretentious base on the peninsula.

What visitors say
Site is quiet and clean. Lovely walks nearby. Owners pleasant and instructions clear. £39 for solo in campervan then 50p for showers so expensive compared to other sites. Aimed more at touring caravans. Lots of room on pitches. I was aware of price upon booking but now on a site with same facilities for £20.

Lovely well kept site. Clean toilets and showers. There is a good supply of leaflets, information and maps showing the way to the coast path and beaches which are close by. We had a lovely view of the hills from our pitch. We had a very enjoyable week.

Ty’n Y Coed Touring Caravan Park in Morfa Nefyn is a true gem for anyone seeking a peaceful and well-kept getaway. The facilities are immaculately clean, making stay comfortable and stress-free. The beautifully manicured grounds are a pleasure to walk through and reflect the care and attention given by the owners. Communication is excellent – friendly, prompt, and helpful, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning Llyn Peninsula, with gorgeous beaches and coastal walks nearby. A wonderfully maintained site that makes you feel at home – highly recommended for a relaxing break.

It is a lovely well kept campsite, the pot washing room is great and toilets were clean. But I think it is expensive for what you get, especially when you also have to pay extra for the shower. To improve the facilities it would be good to have a playground for children or an onsite shop, entertainment area, something that sets it apart from others. I have been to better campsites in Wales with more on offer and better location for cheaper
