The Little Cottage sits at the top of Geufron Farm, reached by a short flight of slate steps. You arrive into a compact living and dining room warmed by a woodburner, with patio doors opening onto a private garden where you can sit out and take in the valley. The kitchen overlooks the same countryside, and upstairs is a single bedroom with a kingsize bed and a shower room. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, as is fuel for the stove.
The farm occupies 20 acres of private land, with walking routes starting from your door across rolling hillside and open country. Sandy beaches along Cardigan Bay lie within a short drive, popular with families and dogs alike. Dogs are welcome here—there's an enclosed front garden and a shared play field on the farm itself. The property suits two people seeking a rural base for exploring Eryri, with the Antur Alpaca enterprise also based on site if you fancy meeting them. Smoking is not permitted inside.

We rented the farmhouse and the little cottage next door, this enabled us to have exclusive use of the outdoor heated pool. The views are breathtaking. The accommodation is really lovely, the main house keeping naturally cool in the hot spell. Beds super comfy and everything you could need for a lovely visit. Very dog friendly too. We walked to the pub nearby which was a 15 minute stroll through the sheep fields. We enjoyed the steam train and the falls which are a short drive away. My husband was attending a golf event at Aberdovey Golf Club and the property is within a short drive from the club and seaside town. Hope to return next year, was genuinely disappointed to leave. Just got back from a wonderful weekend staying at Geufron Farm. A great location with incredible views to both the mountains and the sea. Accommodation was great, everything has been thought of for guests staying with dogs. Accommodation beautifully kitted out and the local tips were very useful.

Excellent stay at Geufron Farm staying in the Barn. More than well equipped, extremely dog friendly, they have thought of everything and more. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Beautiful property on beautiful land with beautiful views. Great enclosed garden for the dogs and added bonus of the dog field. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

This was our second visit and once again it did not disappoint. This time we stayed in the Barn as our family has grown, and it was the perfect choice for us. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cosy — it instantly felt like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the beach, making early morning walks and sunset strolls an absolute joy. A special mention has to go to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Our dog, Larry, was especially delighted with the treats that were left for him — such a lovely and considerate gesture that made us all feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
