caravan was not in the best state, stains on the bedsheets, a weird smell which took ages to get rid of, dishwasher was terrible. however we called the staff and they sent a person to sort it all out apart from the bedsheets. we come every year ish and the caravan before was perfect, this time we weren't so lucky unfortunately. the food was decent, not the best but decent, burgers for nearly 10 pound! location was perfect. new forest is lovely, less than 20 minutes from beaches. overall this time it was a 3 star but if the caravan was better definitely a 4.

First time we went there Absolutely stunning location, pools heated both lovely very clean. Whole park very clean Reece and Sophie who entertained were lovely and very funny, my daughter (Trish) had a great time made her feel very welcoming and comfortable. Worth coming to Staff were lovely as well. Definitely looking back at coming back From Hannah, Jamie, Trish

The caravans are very spacious, has quite a lot of things to do, a tennis court, splash pad, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, mini golf and a multi sports basketball thing. There is soft play and an arcade. The reception staff were friendly and there were some nice menu options and a quite big kids meal. And was quite cheap too. Also near some nice walks. Would recommend.

We’ve just come back from our wonderful holiday of 3 nights with our 10month old and our dog. Our accommodation (premium caravan) was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff (reception, bar and the entertainment team) were so welcoming and helpful. Our little boy absolutely loved it. The pool was great and it was a bonus having the soft play there on the wet afternoon. Our dog was welcomed into the reception and bar with a treat too! The secure dog walking/agility park was a nice surprise also. The stay and play morning session and the children’s tea time entertainment was brilliant. The park was so clean and the little nature/fairy walks were very sweet. We can’t wait to come back!!
